Product Overview:
Hydraulic seamless steel pipes are produced by adding alloy elements to high-quality carbon structural steel to enhance its strength, toughness, and hardenability. After fabrication, these steel pipes typically undergo processes such as tempering, chemical heat treatment, and surface quenching. Compared to high-quality carbon structural steel, they exhibit superior comprehensive mechanical properties. Although their corrosion resistance is not as good as stainless steel, their wear resistance and machinability are significantly better. Representative materials include 20#, 45#, 27SiMn, etc. These steel pipes are commonly used in important hydraulic support pipes, structural components in machinery, and hydraulic cylinders in coal mines.
