The equipment is made of industrial high-strength wear-resistant steel, and the core load-bearing frame is made of cast steel, which has outstanding compressive and impact resistance and can withstand high-pressure rolling loads for a long time. The core rolling mill, core rod and other key components that are prone to wear are made of high alloy heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel. The precision rolling mill operates based on the principle of limited motion core rod rolling, with three rolling rolls symmetrically distributed in a 120 ° ring shape, forming a closed rolling pass with the internal core rod. By using a hydraulic compression system to accurately control the roll gap, the heated raw pipe is uniformly squeezed and extended, gradually reducing diameter and wall shaping, correcting dimensional deviations caused by previous rolling, optimizing the internal structure of the pipe, and eliminating problems such as uneven wall thickness and rough inner walls.
The standardized operation steps are clear and efficient: firstly, descaling and preheating pretreatment are carried out on the waste pipes to remove surface oxide skin; Subsequently, the lubricated core rod is inserted into the blank tube and sent to the rolling station of the rolling mill; By driving the rolling mill synchronously with a variable frequency motor, the plastic deformation of the pipe is completed at a constant speed; After rolling is completed, the core rod is removed, and then subjected to micro tension sizing, cooling and straightening. Finally, non-destructive testing, dimensional inspection, and cutting head sizing are completed to produce qualified finished products.
The finished steel pipes processed by precision rolling mills have excellent quality, with uniform wall thickness, precise roundness, smooth inner and outer walls without burrs or cracks.
